You will mentor engineers, set governance, drive responsible AI adoption, and collaborate across teams to modernize APIs and data models for retrieval-augmented generation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 10+ years in software engineering; leadership experience.
• Strong background in backend systems, API design, and cloud-native apps.
• Hands-on AI/LLM experience and production-grade deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-agent workflows and AI-driven architectures.
• Lead engineering teams, establish governance and secure coding standards.
• Integrate foundation models via secure API gateways and manage costs.
• Mentor engineers and drive CI/CD and secure, scalable delivery.
• Collaborate across Product, Eng, and Ops to modernize systems.
