Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Principal AI & Integrated Solutions Architect for Financial Services in the United States.

You will lead the AI architecture across strategic FS accounts, designing governed multi-agent systems, API-first experiences, and scalable integration patterns with MuleSoft and Data 360. You will frame problems with C-level stakeholders, build prototypes that prove value, and guide handoffs to delivery teams for production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/MIS.
• Experience with large FS transformations is a plus.
• Strong communication with executives and technical leadership.
• Knowledge of API-led design and data integration in FS environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead agentic AI architecture for strategic FS accounts.
• Define current and future state architecture and governance.
• Co-build prototypes using customers' data and assets.
• Deliver engagement models and reusable components to scale across accounts.
• Handoff to partners and delivery teams for production readiness.
