Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Principal AI & Integrated Solutions Architect for Financial Services.

You will be the trusted technical lead for strategic FS accounts, designing agentic AI architectures and guiding multi-system integration from discovery to production handoff. You will collaborate with CIOs and Chief Architects, mentoring teams and scaling reusable assets across the organization, while ensuring regulatory and data residency requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise or solution architecture with customer-facing FS experience.
• Hands-on design experience with Salesforce platform and integration patterns (MuleSoft, API-led).
• Prototype with code (Apex, JavaScript/Node, Python) and AI-enabled tools.
• Knowledge of FS regulatory, data residency, model risk, and governance requirements.
• Able to lead debates with Chief Architects and steer decisions.
• Collaborative across aligned coverage, sharing assets, and improving others.

Responsibilities

• Lead agentic AI architecture for strategic FS accounts (≈30%).
• Co-build prototypes and value assets on customer data.
• Package architecture, data dictionaries, and governance metadata for production handoff.
• Translate architecture into business value for CIOs/CTOs and leaders.
• Represent Salesforce at executive briefings and architecture reviews.
• Mentor architects and account teams; contribute reusable assets.
