Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Principal AI & Integrated Solutions Architect for Financial Services. You will lead the architecture for strategic FS accounts, designing agentic AI architectures across MuleSoft, Data 360, and Salesforce platforms. You’ll guide conversations with CIOs and Chief Architects to production-ready solutions.

You will mentor teams, co-build prototypes, and ensure governance, data residency, and regulatory compliance across projects, shaping enterprise-scale deployments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise or solution architecture for financial services.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform and enterprise integration (MuleSoft, API-led design).
• Prototype using code (Apex, JavaScript/Node, Python) and AI-assisted development tools.
• FS regulatory and risk requirements knowledge: privacy, data residency, model risk, auditability, AI governance.
• Ability to debate architecture with Chief Architect and move to a decision.
• Collaborative, aligned coverage with assets sharing across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead agentic AI architecture for strategic FS accounts and own architectural direction from discovery to production handoff.
• Co-build prototypes and proof-of-value assets using customer data and assets, contributing reusable components to the library.
• Translate architecture into business value for CIOs/CTOs and ensure designs meet FS regulatory and data governance constraints.
