Harnham in Boston is partnering with a premier U.S. law firm to hire a Content Marketing Manager focused on AI, GenAI, legal technology and client strategy.

This is not a traditional content role; you will translate complex technology into clear, compelling narratives for senior lawyers and clients. You'll own the firm’s external narrative around AI and innovation, develop thought leadership, client communications and marketing collateral, and collaborate across BD, Finance and Legal Operations

• Ability to make complex technical concepts accessible without oversimplifying them.

Responsibilities

• Owning and evolving the firm's client-facing narrative around AI, GenAI, legal technology, data and innovation.
• Translating sophisticated technology into clear, credible and commercially compelling messaging.
• Preparing senior lawyers for strategic client meetings, pitches, panels and industry conversations.
• Developing executive-level thought leadership, client communications, digital content and marketing collateral.
• Shaping AI and technology responses for RFPs, client surveys and outside counsel questionnaires.
• Tracking competitors and the broader legal market to understand how leading firms are positioning themselves as AI reshapes the industry.
• Partnering with Business Development, Finance and Legal Operations to analyze client and financial data and identify growth opportunities, workload trends and potential risks.
• Turning complex research and data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Helping build the playbook for a newly created function.
