Crusoe is seeking a Sr. Manager, Communications to lead storytelling for the teams that site, power, and build Crusoe's AI factories at scale.

This role sits at the center of our Digital Infrastructure Group, Energy, and Real Estate organizations—driving narratives around how and where we build the physical backbone of AI. This is a fast-moving, high-stakes role requiring mastery of messaging and execution, with a strong AI-first toolkit and the ability to scale impact through modern AI agents

Qualifications

• 7+ years in communications or public relations with a track record of securing press results at top-tier outlets.
• AI-first mindset with daily use of AI tools and agents for automation and drafting.
• Domain expertise in data center construction/development, energy, infrastructure, real estate, or AI industries.
• Media relations expert with real, working relationships with journalists and influencers.
• Exceptional writing ability in an AI-first environment.
• High-agency and collaborative with low ego.
• Results-oriented with metrics-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• News Engine: drive a strategic program for Crusoe's data center development, energy, and real estate work.
• Media and Influencer Relations: pitch and place stories independently with journalists and influencers.
• Community & Stakeholder Engagement: support local engagement in markets where we build.
• Narrative Development: sharpen messaging across DIG, Energy, and Real Estate teams.
• Thought Leadership: develop and place high-impact op-eds and scripts.
• Issues Management: monitor media and community landscape and respond strategically.
• Agency Management: oversee PR agency relationships and resource deployment.
• Measurement: track coverage, share of voice, and program outcomes.
