Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Solutions & AI Enablement Architect to shape reference architectures for Home Health initiatives and align delivery across cloud and data strategies. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required.
• 8+ years in IT architecture/engineering, information security, or related field.
• 5+ years of solution architecture in healthcare delivery or payer/provider ecosystems; experience in regulated environments (HIPAA/PHI).
• Hands-on architecture across Azure services and Snowflake/Databricks.
• Experience delivering reference architectures and governing solution designs across teams.
• Strong experience with APIs and event-driven integration, security models and non-functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end solution architecture for Home Health initiatives across systems of experience, operations and insight.
• Create and maintain reference architectures for data platform, NLP, RPA/automation and interoperability patterns.
• Lead governance checkpoints and risk reviews to ensure privacy/security requirements are met.
• Partner with product and engineering to translate designs into executable runways and de-risk delivery with measurable NFRs.
• Define integration contracts and data flows for provider data, EMR, and data platforms with observability and data protection.
• Engage with CenterWell leaders and delivery teams to communicate decisions clearly.
