Ensure alignment across client and internal stakeholders at all levels, partnering with technical, product, and client success teams.
Influence implementation choices and tradeoffs, Escalate when necessary for complex challenges.
Design and refine solution approaches with technical teams, including nuanced configurations.
Drive efficient test case development and seamless customer handoff.
Document quality standards across projects and ensure banking workflow compliance.
