Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 10+ years in hardware design for HPC/AI.
• Expertise in power delivery, SI, and thermal management.
• Experience with AI accelerators and switch ICs.
• Experience designing scalable, high-performance hardware.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, reliable hardware architectures.
• Define system-level requirements across electrical, thermal, and mechanical domains.
• Collaborate with electrical, thermal and mechanical teams to ensure seamless technology integrations.
• Architect systems optimized for AI and HPC environments (GPU/TPU/IPU).
• Drive innovation balancing power delivery, signal integrity, and thermal solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship.
• Lead design reviews and promote best practices.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and benchmarking.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose optimizations.
