You will define system-level requirements across electrical, thermal, and mechanical domains, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and architect scalable, high-performance reference designs for AI accelerators. Qualifications

• 10+ years of hardware design and architecture experience for high-performance systems.
• Deep expertise in power delivery, signal integrity, and thermal management.
• Strong collaboration and communication across multidisciplinary teams.
• Hands-on experience with switch ICs and AI accelerators (GPU, TPU, IPU).
• Experience designing and scaling hardware for AI inference and training workloads.

Responsibilities

• Define system-level requirements across electrical, thermal, and mechanical domains.
• Collaborate with electrical, thermal, and mechanical teams for integration.
• Architect systems optimized for AI and HPC on accelerator platforms.
• Lead design reviews and promote best practices across engineering teams.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership on SerDes and related tech.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose optimizations based on benchmarking.
