Anthropic is seeking a Senior Hardware Systems Architect to own system-level architecture across compute, power, interconnect, and cooling for large-scale AI infrastructure. You will define specs, drive reviews with partners, and lead validation for new platforms, collaborating closely with ML performance, software, and datacenter teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Experience owning hardware system architecture at scale across machine, rack, row and cluster.
• Proven ability to lead directional decisions and align multiple teams and partners across domains.

• Own system path-finding and architecture across compute domains.
• Write and own high-level requirements and specifications (system, board, interface, rack).
• Review partner designs against requirements and surface risks early.
• Drive interconnect and networking architecture for scale-up and scale-out fabrics.
• Define validation, bring-up, and qualification strategy for new platforms.
• Partner with ML performance and software teams to land hardware decisions on workloads.
