Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of relevant experience, Master’s degree with 12+ years, or PhD with 8+ years.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end data/analytics products at enterprise scale.
• Ability to deconstruct problems, form hypotheses, perform data‑driven analysis, and translate findings into actions.
• Experience analytics across Customer Journey: Lead‑to‑Opportunity, Sales Forecasting, Pipeline, Renewals, Expansion.
• Hands-on prototyping and MVP development using AI coding tools like Cursor.
• Extensive SQL and data visualization experience.
• Solid understanding of LLM capabilities (context windows, RAG, memory).
• Knowledge of Python (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and prioritize the GTM Analytics roadmap.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical epics.
• Define PRD for strategic GTM projects with rigorous data quality metrics.
• Analyze GTM data and share insights with GTM leadership.
• Liaise between business leadership and engineering to translate strategy into execution.
• Lead AI-driven workflows and AI-native tooling adoption in GTM processes.
• Onboard GTM datasets and refine the data context layer with rigorous evaluations.
• Build and iterate functional prototypes to validate concepts and UX fit.
• Represent data track in AI initiatives and ensure data signals are accessible in workflows.
• Develop MVPs using tools like Cursor to accelerate AI deployment.
