Job summary

Rippling is seeking a senior IC on the Growth Operations team to design and deploy AI-powered agents and automated workflows across Marketing and Sales. You will embed with SDRs and marketers, build solutions in-house, and ship features that drastically improve conversion and efficiency.

You will own data modeling, SQL dashboards, and cross-system data flows to train and improve AI systems, partnering with engineering and RevOps to extend Playbook and DemoTime with AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to query and model data to answer business questions.
• A track record of building and deploying AI tools to solve real problems.
• Proactive, self-sufficient contributor who ships beyond defined scope.
• Ability to move fast while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Salesforce administration is valued.
• Deep Salesforce automation and reporting capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Outreach or Salesloft and modern marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Embed AI across the GTM funnel and build AI agents to automate workflows.
• Automate GTM processes end-to-end using AI, low-code tools and integrations.
• Implement AI-powered system monitoring for data quality and routing issues.
• Extend Rippling’s homegrown stack by adding AI capabilities to Playbook and DemoTime.
• Design AI-powered SDR execution frameworks for consistent handoffs.
• Own the data layer with SQL queries and dashboards for cross-system insights.
