Qualifications

• 6+ years providing in-depth support and deployment services for hardware and software products.
• Experience with Linux system administration, DevOps, process management, package management, scheduling, kernel management, boot procedures, troubleshooting, and logging.
• Experience with LAN/InfiniBand networking, validation tools like InfiniBand health and performance, and UFM.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and validate AI/HPC infrastructure in Linux environments for NVIDIA hardware.
• Serve as domain authority with design teams and customers during planning and implementation.
• Create and hand over documentation and perform knowledge transfers for rolling out complex systems.
• Provide feedback to internal teams by opening bugs, documenting workarounds, and suggesting improvements.
