The position emphasizes developing governance metrics, monitoring AI deployment, and maintaining control effectiveness, with responsibilities spanning incident response and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Risk Management, Information Security, Data Governance, Technology Risk, AI Governance, Model Risk, or related governance, risk, and compliance functions.
• Knowledge of AI concepts including Generative AI, LLMs, retrieval augmented generation, explainability, and AI monitoring practices.
• Experience developing and maintaining governance policies, standards, and documentation across business, tech, legal, privacy, and risk teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct AI risk assessments and governance reviews of AI systems, tools, applications, and third‑party solutions.
• Evaluate testing, monitoring, and control effectiveness; assess accuracy, explainability, and unintended outcomes.
• Collaborate to develop and update AI governance policies, risk taxonomy, and approval processes across enterprise functions.
• Develop AI governance metrics and executive reporting to translate technical risks into business terms.
• Support incident response and remediation activities to ensure governance effectiveness.
