Job summary

This senior role requires 8–12 years in financial services or consulting with AI governance, plus experience with AI/ML risks and interaction with audit and regulators.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in financial services or consulting with AI governance experience.
• 3–5 years evaluating or governing AI/ML use cases across lifecycle.
• Experience with generative AI, ML, or decision-support risks.
• Experience interacting with internal audit, regulators, or model review functions.

Responsibilities

• Administer enterprise AI risk governance framework and coordinate cross-unit activities.
• Assess proposed AI use cases and classify solutions as models, agents, tools, or aids.
• Support AI governance Working Group with agendas, materials, and logs.
• Develop AI risk dashboards and monitor compliance with governance standards.
• Translate evolving regulatory expectations into practical governance requirements.
