Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Senior AI Governance Lead to support executive decision-makers in a major national security federal agency. You will champion safe, compliant AI deployment across multi-cloud environments and align initiatives with federal mandates.

The role collaborates with cyber, data science, cloud, and legal teams to embed governance metrics into the SDLC, review AI models for security and compliance, and guide policy memos and directives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience advising C-suite executives, cybersecurity, or governance teams.
• Experience authoring and developing official federal policy memos, directives, or implementation plans.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, NIST frameworks, and FedRAMP processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to CTO on AI governance, ethics, and risk management.
• Support authoring and institutionalizing federal policy memos guiding agency AI usage.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, data science, cloud, and legal teams to embed governance metrics in SDLC.
• Oversee security and compliance reviews of AI models across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Monitor alignment with executive orders and federal cybersecurity standards for AI and data privacy.
