• 10+ years with DevSecOps practices (containerization, orchestration, CI/CD)
• 10+ years integrating AI/ML into production workflows
• 10+ years making sound architectural tradeoffs under constrained conditions
• Ability to learn unfamiliar technologies and lead engineers
• Ability to architect under ambiguity and communicate with stakeholders
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
