Job summary

Precise Software Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior AI Full Stack Engineer to lead a Generative AI program for federal government work. You will build, test, deploy, and operate secure AI-enabled apps, owning core build, test, and pipeline deliverables.

You will work hands-on across the full stack—from UI to APIs, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows—while leading AI security testing and acting as senior escalation for production issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• 5+ years hands-on AI/ML engineering, including AI-enabled apps and pipelines.
• 1+ year experience with Generative AI, LLM integration, RAG, or production AI systems.
• Strong Python proficiency for AI-enabled apps, APIs, services, and automation.
• Experience designing and deploying RAG pipelines, vector databases, cloud AI services, and AI workflow orchestration.
• Knowledge of AI testing, Responsible AI practices, and security controls in secure enterprise or federal cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, deploy, and enhance AI-enabled apps, services, and UIs.
• Build and maintain LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search, and AI workflows.
• Implement prompt and context engineering, model orchestration, and grounding validation.
• Ensure AI-enabled applications meet Section 508 / WCAG 2.1 A and AA accessibility requirements.
• Plan and oversee unit, integration, functional, regression, performance, accessibility, and security testing.
• Support MLOps workflows, including model versioning, drift detection, and releases.
• Provide Tier 2/3 escalation support for production incidents.
