Job summary

Precise Software Solutions, Inc. is seeking an AI Full Stack Developer to design, build, test, and operate secure AI-enabled applications for the U.S. Government. The role leads testing and AI-specific security to ensure every release is accurate, safe, and production-ready.

This hybrid position requires 3 days on site in DC (DOL HQ) and eligibility for a Public Trust background check. USC or GC status is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on full-stack software development experience.
• 1+ year of delivering Generative AI capabilities (LLM, embeddings, vector databases).
• Strong Python, plus JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern front-end framework (React/Angular).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, relational and NoSQL databases.
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) with containers and CI/CD.
• Experience with automated testing and AI output evaluation (accuracy, relevance, bias).
• Secure coding practices and federal security requirements.
• WCAG 2.1 A/AA-compliant UI design experience.
• Agile teams using Git and Jira.
• USC or GC and Washington, DC on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance AI-enabled full-stack applications (front-end to back-end).
• Build LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, vector search, and AI workflows with MCP-based tools.
• Plan and execute functional, performance, and AI-specific testing including adversarial tests.
• Develop CI/CD and MLOps pipelines with security scans and TEVV gates.
• Monitor production AI systems, perform root-cause analysis, and support incident response.
• Contribute to Responsible AI docs, model cards, and government repositories with traceability.
• Participate in two-week Agile sprints and code/prompt reviews with security gates.
