Job summary

Riviera in Chicago is seeking an experienced engineer to drive a full-stack, AI-native platform at the earliest stage. You will partner with founders and a lean team to shape the product, deepen AI integration, and keep data secure as we scale with real clients.

You’ll ship features end-to-end, critique tradeoffs, and implement automation that turns complex wealth data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping software used in production by real users.
• You write code across the stack and own its reliability and security.
• You can explain architectural tradeoffs and data models clearly.

Responsibilities

• Ship across the full stack and own critical features end-to-end.
• Strengthen multi-tenant security, access rules, and SOC 2 readiness.
• Collaborate with founders, engineers, and product to move fast.
• Develop intelligent automation and AI-driven workflows.
