Rho, the modern banking platform, is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build the financial infrastructure for the AI era. You will own problems end-to-end across the stack and interact directly with customers to ensure what you ship solves real needs.

You will ship rapidly in a fast-growing environment, apply AI in daily workflows, and move from scoping to production while maintaining a bias to ship and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Genuine full-stack flexibility; shipped across the stack and not limited by backend/frontend boundaries.
• Genuine AI fluency; use AI tools daily to enhance what you build.
• Bias to ship; prefer shipping to documentation perfection.
• Customer curiosity; seeks to understand the end user and their needs.
• High agency; ownership to surface problems early and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own problems from scoping to production; write code, ship, and monitor results.
• Work across the stack; tackle problems wherever they live.
• Talk to customers; join calls, read tickets, review session replays to build real needs.
• Use AI in daily workflow; apply code generation, debugging, and spec drafting.
• Move fast and iterate in the open; release to users and improve quickly.
• Pick up what's falling; fix issues and maintain reliability.
