Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Product Operations Senior Lead Product Manager to drive AI-first product management maturity across portfolios. You will lead the development of enterprise standards for discovery, specification, delivery, and post‑launch measurement while embedding AI tools into workflows.

You will work with matrixed teams to evangelize applied AI, enable learning programs, and foster broad adoption of new ways of working across the Product COE and CAPTG.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; 8+ years in a related field or equivalent combinations.
Hands-on experience applying AI tools to real product management workflows with measurable results.
Experience driving large operational change management initiatives and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead adoption of AI-first approaches to product management across Cox Automotive.
Embed AI tools into discovery, research, specifications, and launch readiness.
Drive enterprise‑wide adoption, develop playbooks, and enable knowledge sharing.
