Job summary

Cox Automotive seeks a Product Operations Senior Lead Product Manager to drive AI‑first product management across the portfolio, shaping discipline standards, and enabling teams to deliver best‑in‑class products efficiently.

You will partner with Product Management, Product Readiness, and other enterprise teams to codify best practices, develop learning programs, and rollout adoption of enterprise standards across the company.

• AI-first product management: develop playbooks, prompts, and agents; evangelize AI in PM.
• Enterprise stewardship: coordinate efforts and promote awareness for PM Operations initiatives.
