Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Product Operations Senior Lead Product Manager to drive AI-first product management maturity and enterprise standards across portfolios. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI-native practices in discovery, design, and launch readiness.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, change leadership, and strategic thinking to deliver measurable improvements in product operations at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8 years' experience (or alternative combinations).
• 5-7 years of experience in a Product organization directly in Product Management or Product Operations.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools to real product workflows with measurable results.
• Involvement in driving large-scale operational change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Mature product management across Cox Automotive, evolving standards for discovery, delivery, and post-launch measurement.
• Lead AI-first approaches across CAPTG, integrating tools into discovery, research, and launch readiness.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Product Readiness, and other teams to promote awareness and drive adoption.
