Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Product Operations Senior Lead Product Manager to drive AI-first product management maturity across the enterprise. You will standardize discovery, specification, delivery, and post-launch measurement while embedding AI-native practices across CAPTG.

You will partner with Product Management and Readiness teams to promote adoption, share knowledge, and lead large-scale change initiatives that improve product operations across portfolios.

Qualifications

• Lead adoption of AI-first approaches to product management and be proficient with LLMs (Claude preferred).
• Provide excellent service to internal clients and stakeholders, adding incremental value.
• Think critically about tool and process integration to create compounding value.
• Teach best practices and drive buy-in for new ways of working.
• Self-motivated and capable of driving initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Engage broadly across diverse teams and translate enterprise needs into actions.
