Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Product Operations Senior Lead Product Manager to drive AI-first approaches across the product organization and embed enterprise standards. You will lead cross-functional efforts to mature product management maturity, develop learning programs, and manage readiness processes for major initiatives.

The role emphasizes strategic, hands-on execution, change management, and the ability to influence at senior levels while embedding AI-native practices across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Mature Product Management across Cox Automotive, evolving standards for discovery, delivery and post-launch measures.
• Lead AI-first product management initiatives (discovery, research synthesis, spec writing, launch readiness).
• Develop playbooks, prompts and agents; evangelize applied AI in product management.
• Partner with Product Management and Product Readiness teams to promote awareness and adoption of Product Operations initiatives.
