Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Product Operations Senior Lead Product Manager to drive the adoption of AI-first product management, embed enterprise standards, and lead readiness for major initiatives across the portfolio.

You will work cross-functionally with product development teams, develop learning programs, and champion AI-native practices, maturing product management discipline with a proactive, strategic, hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8 years' experience in a related field.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools to real product management workflows with measurable results.
• Strong ability to build key business relationships and contribute to the enterprise vision at Cox Automotive.

Responsibilities

• Maturing Product Management: Drive processes that improve product management maturity, skills, and consistency across Cox Automotive.
• AI-First Product Management: Lead AI-first approaches to product management across CAPTG and integrate AI tools into workflows.
• Enterprise Stewardship: Coordinate efforts and promote awareness for Product Operations initiatives across the Product COE and CAPTG.
