Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to drive AI-first product management, standards, and readiness across the portfolio. You will partner with Product Management, Readiness, and other teams to scale best practices while embedding AI-native approaches into discovery, design, and launch processes.

The role requires strong communication skills, matrixed-team collaboration, and a track record of operationalizing new ways of working within a large enterprise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related field experience with flexible degree/combinations.
• 5–7 years in Product org directly in Product Mgmt or Product Ops.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools to real product workflows with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Mature Product Management maturity across Cox Automotive with enterprise standards.
• Lead AI-first product management initiatives and embed AI into workflows (discovery, research synthesis, spec writing, launch).
• Drive enterprise-wide change and knowledge sharing to gain buy-in and adoption.
