Job summary

Cox Automotive seeks a Product Operations Senior Lead Product Manager to drive AI-first strategies, standards, and adoption across the product portfolio. You will support readiness processes and develop learning programs for product teams.

The role partners with cross-functional teams to operationalize best practices, evangelize applied AI, and enable sustained change across the enterprise with strong communication and project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with related field experience; advanced degrees or years accepted as alternative.
• 5-7 years in Product organization directly in Product Management or Product Operations.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools to real product workflows with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Mature product management maturity and enterprise standards across Cox Automotive.
• Lead AI-first approaches; integrate Claude and Pendo AI into workflows including discovery & launch readiness.
• Coordinate efforts with Product Management, Product Readiness, and Product COE to drive adoption.
