Job summary

Direct Supply seeks a Senior Director of Product Management for Spend Management to define strategy, vision, and execution of a cloud-based procurement platform. You will lead a team of Product Managers and partner with Engineering, Sales, and executives to deliver AI-enabled solutions that drive growth and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in product management with senior leadership in SaaS/marketplace/fintech.
• Experience scaling transaction-based platforms with revenue accountability.
• Proven success with AI/advanced analytics to drive customer value.
• Experience leading Product Managers and partnering with Engineering.
• Strong executive communication to influence stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year product strategy for cloud-based procurement and spend management platform.
• Drive adoption and revenue growth through platform capabilities and ROI.
• Strengthen commercial model with transaction-based revenue and services.
• Lead spend data capabilities across systems, standardize and benchmark performance.
• Embed AI into workflows: forecasting, anomaly detection, decision support.
• Collaborate with Engineering for reliable delivery and scalable architecture.
• Design interoperable capabilities linking procurement, cost insights, and operational data.
• Align with supplier and enterprise partnerships for data exchange and growth.
• Lead development and launch of adjacent product extensions.
• Establish metrics tied to adoption, retention, revenue, and margin.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers.
