Qualificações

10–12 years of software development experience in enterprise environment.
5+ years in full‑stack large scale projects.

Responsabilidades

Develop features and enhance scalability with maintainable code.
Champion AI‑first engineering practices and modern tools.
Collaborate with managers and architects on decisions for complex systems.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely workarounds.
Mentor engineers in code reviews and design.
Guide observability and alerting best practices, applying ML approaches.
Lead post‑incident analyses and drive reliability improvements with AI insights.
Promote collaboration within the team and cross‑functional delivery.
Stay current with new technologies and apply to improve software offerings.
Sync with product, QA teams to deliver high‑quality software.
