We seek a senior leader to evolve the operating model, coach a high-performing team of specialists, and partner with customers across automotive, robotics, aerospace, and industry to turn field insights into scalable value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical consulting, field engineering, product engineering, applied AI, or related customer-facing roles.
• 5+ years leading and developing technical teams in fast-moving environments.
• Sufficient AI/ML depth to engage with engineers and leaders on data, modeling, and deployment trade-offs.
• Experience partnering across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Field Engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evolve the operating model for Physical AI Field Engineering within your region from opportunity qualification to expansion.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team including hiring and career development.
• Set the technical and delivery bar for customer engagements grounded in engineering criteria.
• Partner with strategic customers across automotive, robotics, aerospace, and industrial engineering.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Product, Engineering, and Platform teams to qualify opportunities and allocate capacity.
• Build scalable engagement patterns, onboarding, enablement, and knowledge-sharing practices.
• Establish a field-to-product feedback loop translating field evidence into product and engineering recommendations.
• Own operating metrics like customer value, time to deployment, and delivery quality.
• Represent CoreWeave internally and externally, articulating how domain expertise and AI solve engineering problems.
