Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data center deployment, rack integration, or large-scale systems troubleshooting.
• Experience troubleshooting servers, GPUs, switches, storage, firmware/BMC, Linux, cabling, power, or tooling.
• Experience with partners, customers, OEM/ODM or deployment services in field/production.
• Strong field troubleshooting with debug, data collection, and handoff of critical issues.
• Able to operate onsite in fast-paced deployments and communicate with engineering/leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct field assistance for AI Factory deployments, bring-up, validation, and triage.
• Act as senior technical resource for urgent field issues across rack, GPU, networking, storage, firmware/BMC, Linux, cabling, power, and tooling domains.
• Deploy to partner or field sites to support rapid response and issue closure.
• Drive structured triage for deployment blockers: reproduction, data collection, owner alignment.
• Improve diagnostic flows and test practices to reduce time to resolution.
• Capture deployment lessons and update guidelines and playbooks.
