NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Field Applications Engineer to support AI Factory builds and provide on-site technical assistance during deployments, coordination with OEM and deployment teams, and issue triage across rack, server, GPU, networking, storage, firmware/BMC, Linux, cabling, power, and thermal domains.

You will validate diagnostic flows, drive rapid resolutions, and help establish repeatable guidelines for future builds. Travel up to 50% is expected, with equity and benefits offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of data center deployment, rack integration, field support, manufacturing support, or large-scale systems troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure problems across servers, GPUs, switches, storage, Linux, cabling, power, or deployment tooling.
• Experience with partner/customer/OEM/ODM teams in field or production environments.
• Strong field troubleshooting, data collection, reproduction, and clear handoff of critical issues.
• Onsite work in fast-paced deployment environments with clear communication to engineering and leadership.
• Travel up to 50% to support field engagements and deployments.

• Deliver direct field assistance for AI Factory build implementation, including first-time deployments and bring-up.
• Serve as a senior technical resource for urgent field issues across servers, GPUs, networking, storage, Linux, and tooling.
• Deploy to partner or field sites to support rapid response and reduce risk.
• Drive structured triage for deployment blockers with data collection and owner alignment.
• Improve diagnostic flows, test practices, and repeatable troubleshooting methods.
• Capture lessons learned and update guidelines and playbooks for reuse.
• Provide leadership visibility on status, risk, blockers, and recovery plans during deployments.
