NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Field Applications Engineer to support AI Factory build-outs and rapid issue resolution on-site with OEM and deployment partners. You will provide direct field assistance during initial deployments, triage issues, and validate deployments to ensure critical milestones are met.

You will collaborate with engineering, services, architecture, program, account, field, and partner teams to shorten resolution times, validate diagnostic flows, and publish repeatable guidelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Systems Engineering (or equivalent).
• 5+ years in data center deployment, rack integration, field support, or large-scale systems troubleshooting.
• Troubleshooting infrastructure issues across servers, GPUs, switches, storage, Linux, cabling, power, and thermal.
• Experience with partner, customer, OEM/ODM, or deployment services teams in field or production environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for field engagements.

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct field assistance for AI Factory deployments, including first-time deployments and bring-up.
• Serve as senior technical resource for urgent field issues across hardware and deployment domains.
• Deploy to partner or field sites to support rapid response and issue closure.
• Lead structured triage for deployment blockers: reproduction, data collection, domain isolation.
• Validate diagnostic flows, improve test practices, and publish repeatable troubleshooting methods.
• Assist in bone-pile review and root-cause analysis to reduce repeat failures.
• Capture deployment lessons learned and update guidelines for reuse across OEM engagements.
• Provide concise leadership status updates on risk, blockers, and recovery plans.
