Qualifikationen

• 15–20+ years of technology consulting, digital engineering, data/AI services, or enterprise transformation.
• Proven success growing existing strategic enterprise accounts through upselling and wallet share growth.
• Established relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and CDOs or other senior enterprise decision-makers.
• Experience originating and expanding multi-year transformation programs within existing clients.
• Strong CPG industry experience; retail experience not preferred.
• Fluent in AI/ML, data engineering, analytics, and modern enterprise technology modernization.
• Understanding of cloud architecture, data platforms, APIs, microservices, and AI governance.
• Commercial expertise in account planning, deal structuring, pricing, and revenue growth.
• Ability to connect technology investments with measurable business outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Own revenue growth, pipeline, bookings, profitability, and wallet-share expansion within assigned strategic accounts.
• Build and deepen relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, business presidents, and senior technology executives.
• Identify opportunities to expand engagements into enterprise-wide AI and technology modernization programs.
• Originate, shape, negotiate, and close multi-million-dollar, multi-year consulting and engineering engagements.
• Develop growth strategies based on client priorities, budgets, and transformation roadmaps.
• Lead executive discussions on AI engineering, Generative AI, data platforms, and enterprise modernization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Scale successful initiatives across business units and geographies.
• Manage negotiations, pricing, risk, and executive-level client engagement.
