Job summary
Lenovo is seeking a Sr. AI Enterprise Solutions Engineer to act as the technical bridge between Qira for Enterprise and Lenovo's commercial teams and customers. This hands-on, customer-facing role requires configuring, integrating, and troubleshooting enterprise software, not just sales.
You will lead Customer Zero adoption, run pilots, and ensure clear, actionable engineering input while coordinating with sales and technical teams to move initiatives forward.
Qualifications
- 12+ years in solutions engineering, sales/pre-sales engineering, or customer-facing enterprise software.
- Hands-on ability to configure, integrate, demo, and troubleshoot enterprise software.
- Experience engaging CIO/CISO/IT stakeholders and running pilots or proofs of concept.
- Strong communication skills across technical and business audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead Customer Zero adoption of Qira for Enterprise inside Lenovo and drive adoption.
- Run enterprise pilots, proofs of concept, and demos; configure capabilities and troubleshoot.
- Own solution design for enterprise workflow automation linking Qira to IT systems.
- Engage CIO, CISO, and IT admins on security posture and integration patterns.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to keep pilots on track and aligned.
