Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join its Qira team in a hybrid role based in Morrisville. You will deploy and tailor AI-enabled integrations, build production code, and work directly with users and IT teams to achieve real-world adoption.

Responsibilities include mapping workflows, developing LLm-powered features, and ensuring secure identity and workflow integrations while traveling up to 25% to customer and partner sites.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering, solutions engineering, applied AI, or forward deployed engineering.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Qira for priority adoption programs, beginning with Customer Zero.
• Work with stakeholders to map workflows and pain points, and help scope them into deployable use cases.
• Write production code that ships into real environments: integrations, connectors, agents and skills.
• Configure and troubleshoot identity and SSO, device and app settings, security, and workflow integrations hands-on.
• Support pilots, beta programs, launches, and use-case development across internal, consumer, partner, and enterprise users.
• Drive adoption after deployment: track usage, gather feedback, fix issues, and improve what has been built.
• Document deployments and contribute to reusable components and playbooks.
