Accenture seeks an AI Native Engineer with 10+ years in software engineering to design and deploy enterprise-grade agentic AI systems. You will embed with clients as a technologist and trusted advisor, shaping use cases and delivering robust agent workflows across modern infra.

You will lead workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions, collaborating with stakeholders while driving measurable outcomes. Travel may be required as projects vary.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in end-to-end software engineering with SDLC expertise.
• 8+ years in cloud-native engineering and AI platforms.
• Proficiency in Python or Java with strong evaluation tooling and observability.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy routing, tool invocation, and observability.
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers to enable seamless integration.
• Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, and observability for scalable AI-native systems.
• Tailor and deploy agentic apps across finance, healthcare, and retail domains.
