Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer with 10+ years of software engineering and 8+ years in cloud-native architectures to design and deploy enterprise AI agents. You will integrate multiple AI providers, build scalable AI-native systems, and work with clients to implement robust agentic workflows across industries.

Travel may be required. You will also lead workshops, shape data-driven solutions, and ensure security and operational readiness in complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of end-to-end software engineering and SDLC experience.
• 8+ years in cloud-native engineering and AI platform integration.
• Proficient in Python/Java and evaluating tooling, logging, monitoring, and agent observability.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, routing, tool invocation, evaluation, and observability.
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.).
• Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, and observability for scalable AI-native systems.
• Tailor agentic applications across domains (finance, healthcare, retail) and automate workflows.
• Conduct workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions to drive adoption and trust in data-driven agent workflows.
• Define metrics and evaluation plans to measure accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
