Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of AI/ML experience, or a Master’s with 4+ years of AI/ML experience.
• At least 1 year of people leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products.
• Oversee design, development, testing, deployment, and support of AI software components.
• Make build-vs-buy decisions across Open Source and SaaS AI technologies.
• Invent optimization techniques to improve performance, cost, latency, and throughput of large-scale AI systems.
• Contribute to the technical vision and long-term roadmap for foundational AI systems.
• Mentor and develop team members; foster a culture of learning and AI excellence.
• Translate enterprise AI goals into actionable roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Operationalize Responsible AI with review gates and governance standards.
• Collaborate with Research, Data, and Platform teams to accelerate model lifecycles.
