Qualifications

• Degree in CS/AI/related field with 6+ years AI/ML development
• Master’s degree with 4+ years AI/ML development
• At least 1 year of people leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional team to deliver AI-powered products.
• Oversee design, development, testing, deployment, and support AI software components.
• Make build‑vs‑buy decisions across Open Source and SaaS AI technologies.
• Invent foundation model optimization techniques to improve performance.
• Translate enterprise AI goals into actionable roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Operationalize Responsible AI with gates, documentation and governance.
• Create strong collaboration interfaces with Research, Data, and Platform teams.
