Job summary

LTC Solutions, L.L.C. seeks a Senior AI Engineer to support Headquarters Marine Corps logistics and GPN programs from a hybrid Pentagon location in Arlington, VA. You will lead predictive analytics, ML development, and optimization efforts to improve asset distribution and readiness.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with government partners, and ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity and data governance while delivering executive-ready briefs and decision-support products.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• 8+ years of DoD AI/ML/OR experience.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL.

Responsibilities

• Develop predictive analytics models for HQMC logistics and GPN operations.
• Design, train, validate, and deploy ML algorithms using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and related frameworks.
• Develop simulation and optimization models evaluating logistics networks and resources.
• Conduct scenario analyses to support logistics readiness and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with CNA, CD&I, I&L, and data owners; mentor junior staff.
