Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, BI, data engineering, or software development.
• Experience using Python, SQL, or R for data preparation, scripting, automation, or analysis.
• Experience using Excel and at least one BI platform such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience collecting, cleaning, validating, and transforming structured datasets.
• Working knowledge of relational databases, SQL queries, and data management principles.
• Strong analytical and technical communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with senior analysts and Government personnel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cleanse, validate, and transform structured and unstructured datasets supporting DoD analytics.
• Develop and maintain Python, SQL, and R scripts to automate recurring data tasks.
• Execute routine analytical models and assist with predictive analytics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualization products using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Support development of reusable data pipelines, scripts, and automated workflows.
• Maintain data quality and enterprise data standards; document corrections.
