Job summary

LTC Solutions LLC seeks a Senior AI Data Analyst / Analytics Team Lead to support Headquarters Marine Corps data analytics, AI, and BI initiatives on-site at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. You will lead an off-site analytics team delivering dashboards, data models, and executive-ready reports for senior leadership.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, a strong DoD analytics background, and proven leadership in AI, data integration, and decision-support tools.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance or ability to obtain CAC.
• 8+ years in DoD analytics, BI, AI, ML, or operational analysis.
• Experience leading analytics teams and coordinating multiple projects.
• Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise systems for executive decision-support.
• Strong skills in creating executive dashboards and performance metrics.
• Proficiency applying AI/ML/statistical techniques to complex operational problems.
• Ability to prepare executive briefings and strategic recommendations.
• Experience coordinating with Government stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Proven data governance, QA, and analytical methodology discipline.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior contractor lead for GPN analytics supporting Marine Corps leadership.
• Lead off-site analytics team delivering dashboards, data models, and reports.
• Coordinate activities with CNA, CD&I, I&L, and other Government stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain and validate authoritative data files for logistics and readiness.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and metrics.
• Apply AI/ML and BI techniques to identify trends, risks, and recommendations.
• Establish data standards, QA procedures, and analytics methodologies.
• Integrate data from multiple Government systems for decision-support products.
• Mentor analysts and promote best practices in analytics and AI.
• Support governance, cybersecurity, privacy, and records-management.
