Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI/ML solutions across the enterprise. You will build multi-agent systems and pipelines, ensure observability, and own production readiness from prototype to production.

You will collaborate with data teams and platform groups to deploy scalable AI services on Vertex AI, GKE, Cloud Run, and associated data stores, while implementing robust security and rollback strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field is required; Master's preferred.
• 3-5+ years of dedicated experience designing and shipping ML models to production.
• Experience shipping ML-powered features and prototyping agent architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI/ML solutions for intelligent automation.
• Build and operate multi-agent systems, agent orchestration, and tool integrations.
• Ensure observability, SLOs, and incident rollback strategies for AI services.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Platform teams to productionize models.
