Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Senior AI Engineer to join our AIML Team. You will collaborate with ML Engineering, Data Engineering, Platform, Product, and Finance teams to build production AI systems that enhance search, personalization, guest experiences, and colleague productivity.

You will contribute to design, evaluation, deployment, and observability, partner with cross-functional squads, and ensure responsible AI practices while advancing scalable inference pipelines on AWS.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years in ML roles with NLP/NLU, LLMs, or recommender systems.
• Experience deploying ML models to production using AWS SageMaker or similar.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate production AI systems improving search, personalization, and guest experiences.
• Lead design, experimentation strategy, and tradeoff discussions.
• Collaborate with data engineers to deploy real-time inference pipelines.
• Ensure responsible AI practices and governance.
