Job summary

Brooksource seeks a Senior AI Engineer to design and scale AI-powered recommendation products for guest personalization, pricing, and revenue optimization. You will join an AI Engineering team delivering production-grade solutions built primarily in Python and deployed in Databricks environments.

The role emphasizes turning ML models into reliable software, building CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with data scientists and stakeholders to meet business objectives while improving scalability

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of software, AI/ML, or data engineering experience.
• Strong Python development skills and production-quality code.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML solutions in production.
• Experience with Databricks and modern data/AI environments.
• CI/CD and automated deployment pipelines; Git and source-control.
• Ability to independently solve ambiguous technical problems and align with business goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance production-grade AI-powered recommendation systems.
• Translate AI/ML models into scalable, reliable software solutions.
• Develop production-quality applications and services primarily using Python.
• Build and operationalize AI/ML solutions within Databricks environments.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Integrate LLMs, predictive models, and business logic into recommendation workflows.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and stakeholders to translate objectives into solutions.
• Improve system scalability, reliability, maintainability, and performance.
• Independently troubleshoot problems from concept to production.
• Support continuous improvement and production monitoring.
