Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or AI plus 8+ years of AI/ML development experience, or Master's degree plus 6+ years.
• 8+ years of experience programming with Python, Go, Scala, or Java.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products
• Design, develop, test, and support AI software components including training and inference
• Leverage Open Source and SaaS AI tech such as AWS Ultraclusters, Huggingface, VectorDBs, Nemo Guardrails, PyTorch
• Invent state-of-the-art LLM optimization techniques for scalable, performant AI systems
• Contribute to long-term foundational AI system roadmap at Capital One
